InGaAs avalanche photodiodes (APDs) that are used in applications where very
sensitive light detection is required. With an integrated pre-amplifier in
TO-can packages, our InGaAs avalanche photodiodes are used to detect light in
the spectral range from 1260nm to 1620nm.
