PLP-T Series TTL Modulated 635nm-980nm Miniature Laser Diode Modules

Overview

The Lasermate Group, Inc. PLP-T series TTL modulated laser diode module is available in a wide range of wavelengths in the red and infrared spectral range from 635nm to 980nm and different output power levels with a circular output beam. The PLP635-980-T series laser module is a self-contained laser diode system designed for OEM applications with adjustable focusing, APC circuit design features, and TTL modulation from DC to 100kHz. Additional heat sink may be needed for the laser module under continuously operating for a long period of time. Designed for OEM, the laser is ideal for a wide range of low power laser applications, such as leveling, measurement, alignment and positioning.
