LJP Series 635nm-980nm Prime Laser Diode Modules

Overview

The Lasermate Group, Inc. LJP series laser diode module is available in a wide range of wavelengths in the red and infrared spectral range from 635nm to 980nm and different output power levels with an elliptical output beam. The LJP series module is designed for OEM applications with very low cost, small size, good heat sink and beam focusing requirements. TTL modulation from DC to 100kHz is also available. Designed for OEM, the laser is ideal for a wide range of low power laser applications, such as leveling, measurement, alignment and positioning.
