1.25Gbps BiDi 2x5 SFF (Small Form Factor) Optical Transceivers

Lasermate Group, Inc. proudly supplies 1.25Gbps RoHS compliant bi-directional 2x5 Small Form Factor SFF optical transceivers with simplex SC connector for Gigabit Ethernet/1X Fiber Channel applications. The small form factor (SFF) transceiver is a computer form factor designed to minimize the volume and footprint of a desktop computer. SFFs are available in a variety of sizes and shapes; their smaller and often lighter construction has made them popular as home theater PCs and as gaming computers for attending LAN parties. The aesthetic and ergonomic design of SFFs make the transceiver more user friendly. Small form factors do not include computing devices that have traditionally been small, such as embedded or mobile systems.
