Overview
The Lasermate Group, Inc.
LJP-T series TTL modulated laser diode module is available in a wide range of wavelengths in
the red and infrared spectral range from 635nm to 980nm and different output
power levels with an elliptical output beam. The LJP635-980-T series module is designed
for OEM applications with very low cost, small size, good heat sink, beam
focusing requirements and TTL modulation from DC to 100kHz. Designed for OEM, the laser is ideal for a wide range of low power laser
applications, such as leveling, measurement, alignment and positioning.
