  International Orders:

In addition to the United States and its territories, Lasermate Group, Inc. also accepts orders from other countries. All orders of international origin are exported from the U.S. in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. 

Diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. Lasermate Group, Inc. will accept 

Telegraph Transfer in advance,  international money order, and credit card.  Please contact us for banking information for wire transfer.

  2. Terms and Conditions

  Payment:

Several convenient payment options are available: Check, Money Order, Master Card, VISA & American Express. We also extend credit to qualified institutions and companies.

A credit application can be obtained by calling (909)909-718-0999 and talking to any sales representative. When opening an account with us, please allow sufficient time to complete the approval process. 

  Shipment:

All shipments are FOB shipping point.

Unless otherwise stated as the FOB shipping point, FOB shipping point is Walnut, California, USA. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss from FOB point.  Delivery shall be deemed completed upon transfer of possession to the carrier at the FOB point. All claims for shortage of products ordered or for incorrect charges must be presented to us within ten (10) calendar days after receipt by customer.

  Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer on all shipments. Any disputed shipping charges billed to a customer account or consignee billing, will be charged back to the customer by Lasermate Group, Inc..

  Sales Tax:

Only California residents need to remit CA sales tax. Lasermate Group, Inc. does not remit sales tax to states other than California.

  Special Orders:

Lasermate Group, Inc. also takes special orders, such as a prototype sample, from customers.  The  50% deposit is requested and nonrefundable.

  Non-cancellable / Non-returnable Orders:

All orders that are not in stock are considered as non-cancelable / non-returnable orders.

  Return Policy:

In order to facilitate our return processing
  • Please contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product. 
  • All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. 
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted. 
  • Return merchandise in original packaging and in resalable condition. 
  • Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a 30%~70% restocking charge. "Not-In-Catalog Items, Custom-Made Items, and  The Special Order Items" are not returnable. 
This return policy may be altered for special circumstances and would require prior approval from Lasermate Group, Inc..

  Dishonored Check Policy:

If a check you give us for payment is dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree to pay Lasermate Group, Inc. $20.00 as a service charge.

  Prices/Quantities:

Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited.

  Limited Warranty:

Lasermate Group's sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 60 days of purchase will be for replacement or repair.  Lasermate Group, Inc.  gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness.  In no event shall Lasermate Group's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall Lasermate Group, Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested.

  DO NOT USE PRODUCTS SOLD BY LASERMATE GROUP, INC. AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS!

Products sold by Lasermate Group, Inc. are not authorized for use as critical components in, but not limited to life safety, life support, life sustaining, surgical, human implant, nuclear or aircraft applications, or for any use or application in which the failure of a single component could create a situation in which property damage, personal injury or death is likely to occur.

  Limitation of Liabilities: 

IN NO EVENT SHALL LASERMATE GROUP, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime, testing, installation or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death or legal expenses. Customer's recovery from Lasermate Group for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Customer for the goods, irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in warrant, contract or otherwise. CUSTOMER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD LASERMATE GROUP, INC. HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY REGARDING PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY LASERMATE GROUP AND INCORPORATED INTO THE CUSTOMER'S PRODUCT.  

  Warning: Laser radiation is harmful. 

  DO NOT STARE INTO BEAM for Class II laser. 

  AVOID DIRECT EYE EXPOSURE for Class IIIa laser. 

  AVOID EXPOSURE TO BEAM for Class IIIb laser. 

  AVOID EYE OR SKIN EXPOSURE TO DIRECT OR SCATTERED RADIATION for Class IV laser.
