VCSEL Diodes

Lasermate Group, Inc. provides high reliability and high beam quality VCSEL diodes with infrared wavelength at 808nm, 850nm and 940nm, single mode and multimode, circular laser beam, low divergence angle, low threshold current and low temperature dependence of emitted wavelengths. Our VCSEL diodes are available in various packages, including but not limited to epoxy molded lead frame, TO-46 metal can with and without monitoring PD, and many others. As a general guideline for VCSELs, we recommend Impact VCSELs for 1.25Gbps applications, Oxide VCSELs for 2.5Gbps, 3.125Gbps or higher applications, Multimode VCSELs for data communication, and Single mode VCSELs for both data communication and sensing applications.
