Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) VCSELs

Lasermate Group, Inc. provides VCSELs with advanced diffractive optical element (DOE). The VCSELs are package in an ultra-small thermally-efficient COB package, enabling economies of scale and excellent integration flexibility. The diffractive optical element (DOE) VCSELs are specially designed for open-space infrared dot projectors, 3D structure light, and portable devices. For high power application, additional base cooling device to enhance the heat dissipation and Pulse Modulation Control to decrease the heat are needed to keep the laser output stable.
