Single Longitudinal Mode / Single Frequency Lasers

Lasermate Group, Inc. offers a wide selection of single frequency/single longitudinal mode (SLM) lasers with features of narrow spectral linewidth of <0.00001nm and long coherent length >100m, and with optional frequency stabilized and modulation repetition rate up to 1MHz capabilities. The laser operates in single longitudinal mode and TEM00 mode with low amplitude noise and high stability. The single longitudinal mode lasers are widely used in applications of Raman spectroscopy, holography, biomedical/fluorescence, interference lithography, precision measurement, atomic excitation/absorption, and semiconductor inspection.
