OEM Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) Laser Modules

Our GM-series green laser modules use laser diode (808nm) pumped Yttrium Orthovanadate (Nd:YVO4) crystal coupled with Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (KTP) as a frequency doubler generating 532 nm (green) and 1064nm (infrared). This method is gaining an increasing popularity for low power applications because of its high absorption and emission efficiencies. Lasermate Group, Inc. provides a variety of designs with the output power from 1mW to >1000mW for 532nm and from 1mW to 3000 mW for 1064 nm.  Please see below for more information.

The linear polarization of standard green lasers is about 4:1. Linear polarizer with 100:1 is available for all models of green lasers including modules and systems upon request.

ACC (automatic current control) Circuit design with the stability of 20% at 25+/- 3 oC for green laser module may be sufficient enough for some applications.  We also have developed APC (automatic power control) Circuit for green laser modules to achieve the high stability of output power <±5% (or <±3% upon request) for more applications. In addition, we also supply High Performance Low Noise or Single Longitude Mode Green Laser Modules with TEC to achieve the high stability of output power <±1%.
