Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) Laser Modules

Lasermate Group, Inc. offers a variety of laser modules with Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) that generate structured light using laser diode modules. Our DOE laser modules include the control board, making it very convenient for evaluation or development of products. The DOE laser modules are the ideal solution as DOE dots projectors for 3D sensing application. The zero order intensity meets IEC 60825 eye safety standards. For high power application, additional cooling device to enhance the heat dissipation, and Pulse Modulation Control to decrease the heat may be needed to ensure stable laser output.
